CardIQ Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to CardIQ by Barmageyat, including digital employee cards, public QR profiles, vCard downloads, and related company administration features.
1. CardIQ by Barmageyat
CardIQ is a smart business identity and digital card platform provided by Barmageyat.
2. Service use during UAT and beta
CardIQ may be provided during UAT, pilot, beta, trial, or pre-release phases. During these periods, features may be changed, limited, interrupted, or improved as testing and feedback continue.
3. Profile data accuracy
Users, employees, and companies are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, authorization, and lawfulness of profile data, company data, images, contact details, and any content they enter or publish through CardIQ.
4. Public profile visibility
Public profile data is visible to anyone who has the QR code or profile link. Companies and users should only publish information intended to be publicly shared through the employee card or QR profile.
5. Company admin controls
Company admins may manage, deactivate, or remove employee records and public profiles associated with their company workspace, subject to the company’s internal policies and applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
Users must not misuse CardIQ or publish illegal content, impersonate another person or organization, upload unauthorized data, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or use CardIQ in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
7. Platform and software ownership
Barmageyat and CardIQ own the CardIQ platform, software, product design, source code, workflows, branding elements, and related intellectual property, except for customer data and third-party materials owned by their respective owners.
8. UAT service provided as-is
During UAT, beta, pilot, trial, and pre-release use, CardIQ is provided as-is and as available, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent permitted by law.
