Organization trust

Company verification and trusted domains

Understand each signal in CardIQ’s current organization trust model and what it does—and does not—establish.

CardIQ company verification and trusted domain workflow

Current DNS verification flow

Company domain → DNS TXT record → CardIQ verification → Verified Domain.

Email verification

Confirms access to a particular email inbox; it does not by itself prove ownership of the whole domain.

Trusted domain

A company policy signal that identifies approved employee email domains.

DNS domain ownership

A matching TXT record demonstrates control of the domain’s DNS at the time CardIQ checks it.

Company and employee authorization

Organization trust combines distinct, clearly scoped controls.

Company verification

Connects the CardIQ workspace with the verified domain signal; it is not government business-registry verification.

Employee authorization

The company decides which employees and professional details it authorizes.

External interpretation

Customers can review the verified-domain and active-profile signals without receiving private company data.

Future trust layers may include generic Business Registration Verification, Authorized Representative Verification and Enhanced Risk Review. These are roadmap concepts, not currently available verification results.
