Enterprise deployment

CardIQ Deployment Options

Deployment availability and operational commitments are confirmed in enterprise scoping—not implied by this overview.

Managed SaaS — available now

The standard CardIQ service is managed by CardIQ.

Responsibility model

CardIQ operates the application service; customers administer their company users, employee identity data, permissions and lifecycle actions.

Configuration

Plan, tenant and integration configuration determines enabled modules and workflows.

Dedicated cloud — where offered and contracted

A dedicated arrangement is not an automatic entitlement.

Enterprise scope

Isolation model, hosting responsibilities, update process, support access and data location requirements must be defined in the customer agreement.

No implied service levels

This page does not promise a region, SLA, high availability, encryption profile, backup schedule or certification.

Self-hosted — where offered and contracted

Enterprise-controlled hosting requires a separately agreed operating model.

Customer control

The customer-controlled environment increases infrastructure responsibility; application updates, support access and operational ownership must be agreed.

Confirm before design

Contact CardIQ to confirm availability, supported topology, responsibilities and integration requirements. Do not assume feature parity with managed SaaS.

Control how employees represent your company externally

Explore the CardIQ platform or review the workflow from verification through identity deactivation.
