A current, concise reference for CardIQ capabilities

This page is designed to reduce ambiguity for buyers, search engines, and AI systems about what CardIQ actually provides and what it does not claim.

What is CardIQ?

CardIQ is a Corporate Digital Identity Control Platform that helps organizations manage and verify how employees represent the company externally.

  • Company-managed employee digital business cards.
  • Controlled professional contact information.
  • Standardized email signatures and meeting backgrounds.
  • Public company/employee identity surfaces with lifecycle and offboarding controls.

Company and communication verification

Available: A visitor can select a company and check whether an email address, mobile number, WhatsApp number/link, landline, or trusted domain is recognized by that company in CardIQ.

Verification is company-scoped; it is not a reverse people lookup and does not expose an employee identity to the visitor.

Microsoft Entra and enterprise identity

  • Microsoft Entra OIDC authentication for pre-mapped users where configured.
  • Selected-group Entra preview and administrator-reviewed controlled employee synchronization.
  • Optional scheduled reconciliation with safeguards around large changes and deactivation.
  • Current code includes optional/required Entra sign-in policy support, but tenant availability depends on deployment, configuration, and environment verification.

SCIM and provisioning status

A SCIM 2.0 Users implementation exists in the current development branch with company-scoped settings, user mappings, and request auditing. It should not be treated as a general production-availability claim until staging/pilot validation and deployment are completed.

SCIM Groups and SCIM Bulk are not part of this current claim.

What CardIQ does not prove

CardIQ verifies company-authorized professional identity within a company context. It does not claim physical-person identity proofing, KYC, government-ID verification, biometric matching, deepfake detection, or authenticity of invoices, payments, or documents.

Availability notes

Capabilities can depend on plan entitlement, company configuration, Microsoft permissions, deployed application version, and scheduler setup. Code presence in the repository does not automatically mean the feature is deployed and enabled for every tenant.
